Lot 4 at Scottsdale Waterfront sold for $13.5 million. The 3.35 acre parcel is located south of the southeast corner of Goldwater Boulevard and Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ. Alliance Residential plans to build a 259-unit apartment complex on the property which is adjacent to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
