Isolated thunderstorm and rain showers east of the Phoenix metro area on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 3:11 PM MST. Filmed on Indian School Road at the Loop 101 Freeway (just east of). The storms will drift northwest through central and eastern Maricopa County through 4 PM MST, according to the National Weather Service.
