KFC Closes, Building Available for Sublease

A KFC chicken restaurant in Scottsdale has closed. A real estate sign is posted in front of the 7055 E. Shea Boulevard property said available.

Scottsdale Arizona News has learned that Southwest Retail Group is handling the search for a new tenant. SWRG is searching for a business to sublease the 2,265 SF freestanding restaurant with drive thru.
