Thunderstorm tonight in Scottsdale, AZ. The National Weather Service says storms will continue to develop across the Phoenix metro area through midnight. Wind gusts to 45 MPH, very heavy rain and frequent lightning. Thunderstorms were moving northeast at 10 MPH.
