A Waste Management garbage truck was blocked for a short time Saturday morning by a construction vehicle. The truck's owner was located at the Qdoba Mexican Grill. The truck was quickly moved out of the way. The WM trash pickup was at the Loft 4020 in downtown Scottsdale, AZ.
