Traffic jam at In-N-Out Burger in the Promenade shopping center in Scottsdale, AZ at 1:35 p.m. MST! Ordered my lunch at 1:35 p.m. and my food was ready at 1:43 p.m. -- 8 minutes! Staff told me that they had a large order was before mine. Normal drive thru wait time is 4 minutes.
