Police Take Man Into Custody for Yelling and Screaming

Scottsdale Police took a man into custody today for yelling and screaming. It is unknown if the man will face any charges.

It appeared that the man was mentally challenged.

The incident took place in the Scottsdale City Hall parking lot in front of Phoenix media, Leo's Ice Cream truck staff, city staff, Mayor Jim Lane and J.P. Twist, the mayor’s chief of staff.
