City of Scottsdale Staff Not Emptying Trash Bins and Recycling Containers

City of Scottsdale staff tell us: "As a general rule just because a can has trash in it does not mean we empty it. If it is only half-full, we will wait and evaluate the next day – unless it smells or we know it’s going to fill up quickly before we can get to it again. During the middle of the week, we usually won’t empty them every single day unless needed."
