One Arrested in Scottsdale Police Shooting Protest


A 23-year-old man has been arrested tonight after allegedly blocking cars in Old Town Scottsdale, according to authorities.

Officer David Pubins with the Scottsdale Police Department said Jeffrey A. Moses, 23, was arrested tonight and charged with Obstructing a Thoroughfare.

Pubins tells Scottsdale Arizona News that at 9:20 p.m., Moses entered the traffic way at 7100 East Main Street and purposely blocked several cars attempting to travel in the roadway. He was taken into custody without incident and booked on the Obstructing charge.

No injuries were reported.
