Arizona Canal Dog Runner

A female runner with her leashed dog on the north side of the Arizona Canal in Scottsdale, Arizona on Sunday, June 09, 2019 at 7:23 AM MST.

Prior to this she was running with her dog unleashed. She did not leash up her dog when she and her dog approached me (on the southside of the Arizona Canal). They were going east. I was walking west towards Phoenix. She gave no commands to her unleashed dog. She called me a name when I told her that her "your dog should be on a leash."
