Two marked Scottsdale Police Department vehicles arriving on scene with no emergency lights and no sirens at Circle K at 4101 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona on Sunday May 26, 2019 at 5:27 AM MST.

Two uniformed SPD officers were on the scene of an unknown incident. The officers were talking to an individual on the east side of the building.
